The Color of Silence - Soundtrack

The Color of Silence: The Soundtrack

22 original songs, written in response to the book.

This music wasn't commissioned. It came from an early reader, a songwriter and the father of an autistic child, who read The Color of Silence and found that it put words to feelings he had carried for years. He sat down and wrote lyrics for what it means to raise a child who sees the world differently: the worry, the wonder, and the love that doesn't need language to be understood.

The result is 22 original songs, created by Window Light Studios, that follow the emotional shape of the story. You can listen to them on their own, or alongside the book as you read.
